Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities

Operate and maintain polishing machinery.

Troubleshoot and resolve process issues directly on the production floor.

Develop new polishing techniques and provide training to others.

Requirements

At least 5 years of experience in polishing process development for 3C (consumer electronics) products.

A strong understanding of the balance between process development and Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) requirements.

Expertise in setting polishing equipment parameters, as well as the selection and use of appropriate consumables.

Must be proactive and possess strong communication and coordination abilities to work effectively with upstream and downstream teams.
