Job Summary : Develop

and improve recruitment policies & programs to support the

company's overall strategic objectives, while ensuring cost

effectiveness and compliance with legislative requirements.

Effectively utilize relevant resources to ensure efficient

execution of recruitment operations. Plan, organize, and execute

talent recruitment & employment, talent sourcing strategies,

policies, plans, projects, SOP etc, to achieve the overall company

and HR

goals.

Duties / Responsibilities :

Managing recruitment related projects such as hiring

according to company manpower plan, execution of local &

oversea recruitment career fairs and talent sourcing

strategies.

Handle additional project

assignments of recruitment and promote work related

initiatives.

Establish vibrant college

relations with local institutions.

Supervising

the subordinates on daily recruitment operational tasks as well as

handling related enquiries from different levels from

stakeholders.

Strong contributor to the

development of new recruitment strategies through creative input

combined with data analysis and a deep understanding of the

company's future challenges.

Provide

leadership to maintain consistent deployment of recruitment policy

and practice, identifying inconsistencies and develop corrective

actions. Act as a change agent by facilitating, managing and

implementing the necessary modifications to ensure that it is

communicated & executed effectively and accurately.

Represent the recruitment team to the rest of the company

in the development and roll out of recruitment programs and

policies.

Required skills /

abilities : Excellent team

leadership with a focus on developing of talent

capabilities.

Excellent verbal, written

communication and presentation skills.

Proficiency in decision-making, planning, and

organizational skills

Strong analytical and

problem solving skills.

Ability to comprehend,

interpret, and apply the appropriate sections of applicable laws,

guidelines, regulations, ordinances and policies.

Capable of taking challenges and working under pressure

in a fast paced environment.

Ability to

acquire a thorough understanding of the organization's hierarchy,

jobs, qualifications, compensation practices, and the

administrative practices related to those factors.

Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to

meet deadlines.

Strong knowledge of labor

laws, regulations, and compliance requirements related to

recruitment development.

Education &

Experience : Minimum 10 years of

working experience in HR with a focus on recruitment

development.

Working knowledge of multiple

human resources discipline, including recruitment practices, talent

development and respective employment laws.

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business

Administration, or a related field.
