We operate “Kyoto Onimaru”, a brand new F &B concept introducing authentic Japanese-style onigiris 🍙 to Singapore. Join us on our journey as we share the love for these delicious rice balls and grow our presence across the island. Let’s spread the joy of Japanese onigiri—one bite at a time!

Salary 💰

from $3,200 (full time)

Responsibilities 💪🏻

Managing day‑to‑day operations of the kitchen
Preparation of food using in accordance with given recipes
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of shop based on SFA standards and regulations
Monitor stock levels daily
Training and coaching of staff
Handling of staff issues
Administer staff records and scheduling of roster
Ad hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirements 🫡

Passion to join us as we spread the joy of food via Onigiris

Possesses minimally WSQ Food Safety Course (FSC) Level 1 certification.

Willing to work shifts, weekends and public holidays

Able to adhere to operating procedures and instructions

Able to handle stress in a fast paced environment

Successful candidates will need to attend 1 week training in Japan to learn the ropes of making onigiris and managing store operations
