Quality Engineer (Plastic Injection Moulding)

Roles & Responsibilities

Plast Plastics, a leading manufacturer located at Pioneer is seeking an experienced QA Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this full-time role, you will play a crucial part in maintaining and improving the quality standards of our plastic products.

What you'll be doing

• Developing and implementing quality control procedures / QMS for plastic moulding operations
• Conducting routine inspections , in-process components, and finished products to ensure adherence to quality standards
• Analyzing quality data, identifying trends, and proposing corrective and preventive actions
• Collaborating with production teams to troubleshoot and resolve quality issues
• Maintaining accurate records and documentation related to quality assurance activities
• Providing training and support to production staff on quality best practices
