We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead and deliver eChannel projects focused on Internet and Mobile Banking platforms . The ideal candidate will have strong experience in digital banking transformation, stakeholder management, and end-to-end project delivery in a fast-paced financial services environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of Internet and Mobile Banking projects.
- Manage project scope, timeline, resources, risks, and budgets to ensure successful delivery.
- Collaborate with business, technology, operations, and vendor partners to drive project outcomes.
- Gather, validate, and manage business requirements for digital banking features and enhancements.
- Oversee system integration, testing (SIT / UAT), and deployment activities across channels.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory, risk, and security standards in all project phases.
- Provide regular project updates and reports to senior management and stakeholders.
- Drive change management, training, and adoption strategies to ensure smooth rollout of digital solutions.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or related field .8+ years of experience in project management, with at least 5 years in banking / financial services .Proven track record in delivering digital banking, internet banking, or mobile banking projects .Strong understanding of digital channels, payments, authentication, and customer experience .Proficiency in project management methodologies (Agile / Waterfall / Hybrid).PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification is a plus.Excellent stakeholder management, vendor management, and communication skills .Nice to Have
Experience with API-driven banking, microservices, or cloud platforms .Exposure to regulatory compliance in digital banking (MAS, PSD2, etc.) .Strong background in UI / UX and customer journey mapping .
