About the Role :

As a Sales & Project Coordinator at TOSEVA TIMBER PTE LTD, you will play a vital role in supporting the Sales & Project Executives by handling quotations, order processing, logistics coordination, and project tracking. This role requires strong administrative skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced sales and project environment. You will work closely with internal teamsto ensure seamless execution of sales orders and project timelines.

Primary Responsibilities

1. Sales & Administrative Support

• Prepare and process quotations, invoices, purchase orders, and contracts.
• Maintain accurate records of client orders, project status, and sales reports.
• Ensure all pricing, payment terms, and agreements are correctly documented.
