About Our Client

Our client is a reputable organisation within the financial services industry, known for its strong presence in the banking and financial services sector.

Job Description

Develop SOPs and maintain clear documentation of operational processes.

Support RCSA, EUC, and incident reporting activities.

Collaborate with Middle Office, Front Office, and IT to remediate issues identified in regulatory reporting.

Prepare and maintain daily / weekly / monthly reports on regulatory remediation, including tracking of remediated trades.

Escalate potential delays or inaccuracies in regulatory submissions to senior management for timely resolution.

Contribute to IT system enhancements and continuous process improvement initiatives.

Assist in regulatory audits and remediate audit findings.

Participate in system changes and conduct UAT for regulatory reporting projects.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Transaction Reporting professional should have :

Undergraduate degree from an accredited college or university

Minimum 2 years of operations experience in the banking and financial sector with transaction regulatory reporting focus.

Strong understanding of OTC Derivatives FX, IR Linear and Non-Linear trades, Credit Derivatives & Equity Derivatives

Understanding of MAS and HKMA Trade and Transaction reporting is added advantage.

Proficient with MS products : high level Excel, intermediate VBA / Macros with Python skills an advantage
