Key Responsibilities
- Direct the company in keeping with the vision outlined for the company by the Board of Directors
- Develop high-quality business strategies and plans to support the key business pillars and ensuring their alignment with short-term and long-term objectives
- Oversee all operations and business activities to ensure they produce the desired results and are consistent with the overall strategy and mission
- Accountable for company P&L
- Build trust relations with key partners and stakeholders and act as a point of contact for important shareholders
- Enforce adherence to legal guidelines and in-house policies to maintain the company’s legality and business ethics
- Analyze problematic situations and occurrences and provide solutions to ensure company growth
- Maintain a deep knowledge of the telco's markets and environment
- Build necessary corporate culture and talent pool to support business needs
Qualifications
Proven experience of CEO or senior management positions managing diverse group of staff across different business functionsMinimum 15 years of experience in telecoms or regional ICT industryExperience in developing profitable strategies and implementing visionStrong operational knowledge in the mobile roaming business, the mobile consumer business, Enterprise Mobility, IoT and digital businessesStrong ability to organize effectively, delegate responsibility, solve problems quickly and communicate clearlyAn entrepreneurial mindset with outstanding organizational and leadership skillsLeadership skills, including the ability to manage time effectively and handle both internal and external conflictsStrong understanding of corporate governance, finance and performance management principlesFamiliarity with diverse business functions such as business operation, marketing, public relation, finance etc.Interested applicants, please Email, fabianling@recruitexpress.com.sg
