We are looking for an Assistant Banquet Manager to join our team!
As the Assistant Banquet Manager , we rely on you to :
- Support the F&B Manager in the overall administration and operation of banquet events
- To assist in maximising profits and maintaining high quality service for guests
- Provide solutions to solve recurring issues and ensure guest satisfaction
- Train and mentor staff whenever appropriate
We are looking for someone who :
Must have experience working in a hotel / resort environment in banqueting servicesAble to collaborate with Events team, knowledgeable in understading Events Order.Knowledgeable in managing and handling different eventsStrong knowledge in meeting / function rooms set upManages team / workforce for each event in an effective manner to ensure guests request are met.Willing to work shiftsWe Offer
