Roles & Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities :

• Manage and support the full range of automation products we distribute.
• Provide both pre-sales and post-sales technical / application support by analyzing customer needs and proposing appropriate solutions.
• Prepare and deliver technical proposals, application notes, and solution-based documentation.
• Respond to customer queries and technical issues via email, phone, or onsite visits.
• Conduct product training sessions and live product demonstrations for customers.
• Collaborate with the sales team to maintain and strengthen customer relationships.
• Use application knowledge to showcase how our solutions outperform competing products.
• Interface with product principals to relay customer feedback and recommend enhancements.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with both customers and technology partners to ensure excellent service and continuous improvement.
