Roles & Responsibilities

Summary

A hands-on managerial role requiring 5–6 years of relevant IT infrastructure experience , The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise in managing both on-premise and cloud environments, with broad knowledge across IT management and emerging technologies.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and guide the Infrastructure Team in achieving company goals and maintaining operational excellence.
Collaborate with internal departments to address infrastructure and system needs.
Plan and execute strategic IT projects to ensure smooth implementation.
Supervise deployment and IT setup for retail roadshows.
Manage relationships with vendors and service providers.
Administer Active Directory , GPO , DNS / DHCP , and Microsoft 365 .
Oversee servers (Hyper-V) — creation, upgrading, migration (Dell / HP).
Manage data backup using Veeam , Cloud Solution , and Dell AppSync .
Configure and maintain firewalls (Cisco FirePower, FortiGate) and network equipment.
Administer Dell SAN Storage (VNX, XtremIO, PowerStore) and security tools (Network Box, Kroll SentinelOne).
Utilize IT management tools such as MECM, GFI Event Manager, AD ManagerPlus, Freshdesk, Cisco ISE .
Manage Azure AD Connect and AWS instances .

Requirements

Diploma or Degree in Information Technology or related discipline.

Minimum 5 years of IT Infrastructure experience ; retail background preferred.

Strong technical knowledge in networking, infrastructure, and data centre architecture .

Proven experience in project management and vendor management .

Windows OS & Active Directory (DFS, domain structure)

Server & Client Deployment / Virtualization

LAN / WAN Configuration (MPLS, Peplink)

Router & Switch Setup (Cisco, Meraki preferred)

Wi-Fi Network Design & Deployment

Cloud Platforms : AWS & Azure

Office 365 Administration

Storage : Dell / EMC XtremeIO, VNX

Data Backup & Recovery : Hyper-V replica, VHD, ShadowProtect, Storsimple, SQL DB

Disaster Recovery & Security Management

PABX / IP Telephony, VPN, Firewall Management

IT Budgeting & Vendor Management
