Job Description

• Establish quarterly objectives, forecasts, and budgets; maintain a structured pipeline with clear stages, SLAs, and exit criteria.
• Conduct weekly pipeline reviews to ensure data accuracy and clarity on next steps.
• Define and track key performance indicators such as lead-to-live cycle time, launch costs, active users per guardian, and liquidity flow.
• Keep dashboards updated in real time and translate ecosystem insights and field feedback into actionable roadmap inputs.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to define requirements, resolve issues, and implement fixes that accelerate launches.
• Work closely with field teams to execute playbooks effectively.
• Coordinate with on / off-ramp providers and gateway operators to ensure reliable infrastructure at launch.
• Create and refine pricing models, fee structures, and reward programs that incentivize guardians and users.
• Standardize onboarding and certification processes for federations, including quality assurance and acceptance checks.
• Design go-to-market strategies for emerging federation types and priority verticals, including segmentation, targeting, and messaging in partnership with Marketing.
• Deliver lighthouse deployments and convert them into case studies and repeatable reference flows.

The Successful Applicant

• Min 6 years of experience in business development, growth, or program leadership roles.
• Min 3 years working in fintech, Bitcoin, cryptocurrency, financial inclusion, or community technology initiatives.
• Proven track record as the accountable owner for targets and OKRs, with strong cross-team coordination skills.
• Demonstrated success in launching and scaling new programs or products.
• Deep knowledge of Bitcoin, privacy technologies, and community-driven financial models.
• Highly analytical with expertise in pipeline management, forecasting, and reporting.
• Ability to work independently and willingness to travel internationally when required.
• Genuine passion for decentralization and empowering real communities rather than abstract user profiles.
