Job Title : Ad Operations Associate Manager

Primary Purpose
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Ad Operations Associate Manager to oversee and optimize digital advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Social Media Ads (Meta, LinkedIn, etc.), Programmatic Ads, and other digital channels . The ideal candidate will be responsible for campaign setup, monitoring, performance analysis, and reporting , ensuring all campaigns meet client objectives and deliver measurable results.
This role requires a strategic thinker with strong analytical skills, the ability to interpret campaign data, and provide actionable insights to improve performance. The Ad Operations Associate Manager may also be the primary point of contact for clients, managing expectations, addressing concerns, and ensuring campaign success.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Management :
- Plan, execute, and optimize digital ad campaigns across Google Ads, Social Media, Programmatic, and other digital platforms.
- Ensure campaigns are set up correctly, targeting the right audience, and aligned with client objectives.
- Monitor daily performance, adjust bids, budgets, and targeting to maximize ROI.
Reporting & Insights :
Generate comprehensive campaign reports with performance metrics, trends, and actionable insights.Analyze data to identify opportunities for optimization and growth.Present findings and recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders.Client & Stakeholder Management :
May serve as the main point of contact for clients, managing expectations and providing regular updates.Ensure campaigns meet KPIs and performance benchmarks as per the brief.Address client concerns and provide strategic solutions to improve campaign outcomes.Collaboration & Innovation :
Work closely with cross-functional teams (Business, Creative, Insights) to ensure seamless campaign execution.Stay updated on industry trends, emerging ad technologies, and best practices to drive innovation.Qualifications & Skills
2-3 years of hands-on experience in managing digital ad campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, Programmatic, etc.).Strong analytical skills with expertise in Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, DSPs, and other ad platforms .Proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, Google Data Studio, Tableau, etc.) to generate insights.Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex data in a clear and actionable manner.Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Preferred experience in client-facing roles , managing expectations and delivering results.Preferred Qualifications
Certification in Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, or Programmatic Advertising .Familiarity with ad trafficking tools (Google Campaign Manager, DV360, etc.) .Knowledge of A / B testing methodologies and conversion rate optimization.Key Stakeholders
Internal : ACCSS Business Team, ACCSS Account Team, ACCSS Ad Ops Team, ACCSS Creative Team, ACCSS Insights Team
External : Work with agencies, direct clients and 3rd party vendors
