Roles & Responsibilities

Patient Service Associate (healthcare / temp)

Location : Serangoon

Duration : December 2025 – March 2026

Pay Rate : $10 / hour

No experience required as training will be provided

Working Hours :

5.5 days per week (Office hours)

  • Monday – Friday : 7.5 hours per day
  • Saturday : 4.5 hours

Job Responsibilities :

  • Attend to patients’ enquiries and assist them in navigating the healthcare system.
  • Provide assistance to patients in need, such as offering wheelchairs.
  • Observe and tag fall-risk patients; issue facemasks and take temperature for patients with flu-like symptoms.
  • Promote and educate patients on the use of Self-Service Kiosks and mobile applications.
  • Assist in taking height, weight, and blood pressure measurements when required.
  • Guide patients with wayfinding and handle general enquiries.
  • Support eligible patients in completing medical questionnaires.

    • Immunisation Requirements :

  • Must have valid immunisations for MMR, Tdap, and Varicella.
  • Candidate must be willing to bear the cost of any required serology tests or vaccinations.
