Position : Service Captain

Salary : $3,300-$3,600

$10 food allowance will be provided on days when staff meals are not available

Jobscope :

• Deliver warm, attentive service that reflects Japanese hospitality (omotenashi)
• Guide guests through the tempura menu with confidence and clarity
• Take orders with precision and communicate effectively with the kitchen
• Serve food and beverages with grace, ensuring proper presentation and timing
• Handle guest inquiries with a calm, friendly demeanor
• Maintain cleanliness and order in the dining area, including mise en place and table settings
• Support smooth service flow during peak hours and chef-led interactions

Requirements :

• Fine Dining Experience
• Previous experience in a similar role preferred
• Strong customer service skills
• Friendly and approachable
• Ability to work in a team environment
