Roles & Responsibilities

A sales administrator handles various administrative and operational tasks to support the sales department. Common responsibilities include :

• Documentation : Preparing and generating sales documents such as quotations, purchase orders, delivery orders, and invoices.
• Order Management : Processing sales orders, entering them into the system, and coordinating their fulfillment and delivery logistics.
• Customer Interaction : Handling customer inquiries via phone and email, addressing complaints, and providing after-sales support.
• Data Management : Maintaining and updating customer databases and sales records.
• Communication : Serving as a point of contact for customers and coordinating with other internal teams, such as the stores and logistics departments.
• Reporting : Assisting with sales reports, tracking performance data, and managing financial information like payables and receivables.

Required Skills and Qualities

To excel as a sales administrator, you need a combination of administrative and interpersonal skills :

Remuneration :

Basic Salary from $1,000 per month, plus Commissions of KPI

5.5 days per week

Monday to Friday, 10am-6pm

Saturdays 9am-1pm

Office role, stay in office

Chinatown MRT area
