Overview
Our client is a trading company dealing with mechanical components and generally, they are dealing with customers from South-east Asia & Japan.
Responsibilities
Serve & retain existing market and customers.
Plan and develop new markets and customer base.
Build rapport with customers and suppliers to understand their needs and situation.
Examination and resolve quality issues raised by customers, if any.
Travelling is required to attend to customers' needs and enquiries.
Monthly sales report.
Involve in production planning to meet customer's delivery requirements.
Requirements
Min. Diploma qualification.
Min. 2years experience in relevant field.
Able to work under pressure & tight schedule without supervision, equipped with strong customer service mindset.
Possess good interpersonal skills and ability to interact with various stakeholders in a professional & responsive manner.
Positive attitude, willingness to learn & a team player.
Computer literate & excellent report writing skills.
Candidates with no prior experience may be considered.
Right candidate will need to liaise / handle / communicate with Taiwan / Hong Kong / China either supplier / customer quite frequently thus, travelling is required.
Others : Working Hours : 9am – 5 : 30pm (Monday – Friday)
