ICT Trainer (Sembawang)

Roles & Responsibilities

Contract Duration : 12 months contract (1 Jan 2026 to 31 Dec 2026)

Working hours : 7.20 a.m 4.50 p.m. on Mondays Fridays (1 hour lunchtime) | The staff is, however, required to observe any change of time schedule the company and the school may decide on as well as perform overtime work when required.

Job Scope

• Prepare, implement, and evaluate training programs for students in line with school goals.
• Conduct ICT lessons on Google Workspace, iPad apps (e.g., Procreate), MS Office, AI tools, and e-portfolio creation.
• Develop teaching materials, exercises, and projects for ALP curriculum and ICT initiatives.
• Manage and monitor ICT projects such as NDE, Code For Fun, and AI programmes.
• Support Personalized Digital Learning Programme (PDLP) and promote good data management practices.
• Provide administrative, AVA, photography / videography, and website support for the ICT department and school events.
• Train and advise teachers, students, and student leaders on software usage and AVA equipment operation.
