Job descriptionA Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering. At least 8 years of relevant work experience, preferably with project management experience. Candidates with a healthcare background are highly preferred. Knowledgeable in planning, developing, and managing infrastructure projects. Strong language skills. Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation communication abilities.

Job Description :
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced M&E engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for evaluating consultants' design of M&E systems to ensure it meets hospital requirements.
Key Responsibilities :
- Evaluate M&E system designs with clear objectives.
- Ensure effective stakeholder engagement through documented discussions and dissemination of information to relevant parties.
- Collaborate closely with consultants to capture all stakeholders' requirements.
- Monitor the design and construction timeline to meet overall project deadlines.
- Present M&E design proposals for management clearance.
- Review contract packaging and specifications, including clauses on terms and conditions, maintenance after delivery, etc.
- Involve in site coordination, including technical coordination due to user requests, mock-up reviews, terms and conditions, etc.
