Key Responsibilities
Patient Consultation and Assessment
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' conditions, including medical history, movement capabilities, strength, posture and functional abilities.
- Identify patient goals and tailor evaluations to design effective treatment strategies.
Posture & Movement Guidance
Observe and guide patients through therapeutic exercises to ensure correct technique and postural alignmentDevelop individualized treatment plans based on assessments, goals and collaboration with referring healthcare professionalsTherapeutic Treatments
Administer physiotherapy interventions including rehabilitation exercises, manual therapy and therapeutic modalitiesMonitor and evaluate progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed to ensure optimal functional outcomesPatient Management
Educate patients on injury prevention, ergonomic practices, self-care techniques and structured home exercise programsMaintain detailed and accurate patient records, documenting assessments, treatment plans and progressSupport patient and family education to empower long-term health and functional independenceInterdisciplinary Collaboration
Work alongside Chiropractors, TCM Physicians and Wellness Therapists to ensure coordinated, comprehensive care for each patientCustomer Service & Communication

Bachelor's Degree / Post Graduate Diploma / Professional Degree in Physical Therapy / Physiotherapy or equivalent, from an accredited institutionFull AHPC registrationMinimum 3 years of physiotherapy experienceStrong interpersonal skills with caring, patient-centered approachAbility to work independently and as part of a team in a professional healthcare settingEnthusiastic and eager to learn new rehabilitation techniques
