Roles & Responsibilities

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Assistant Sales Manager support overall sales strategy of the company and to service and grow our network of B2B clients within the skincare and aesthetics industry. The ideal candidate will have a passion for skincare, a background in sales and proven ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships, and a positive attitude.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Develop and maintain relationships with licensed skincare professionals, spas, and medical offices, helping resolve issues and identify growth opportunities.
  • Identifying, approaching, and building new business partners and clients.
  • Maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, providing client support and addressing concerns in order to build long-term partnerships and customer loyalty.
  • Plan promotions, trainings, and creative sales strategies to help clients to grow.
  • Develop in-depth and thorough understanding of company’s portfolio of professional skincare brands and effectively showcase brands and products to new and existing clients as well as answer basic skincare and product queries.
  • Provide clients with basic product training and information.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing, training) to support client needs.
  • Support promotional campaigns, launches, trainings and other company events.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs.
  • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis for the Sales Manager to support strategic decisions

Qualifications :

  • Minimum 2 to 3 years in sales, preferably in the professional skincare, beauty, cosmetics, or wellness industry.
  • Strong B2B sales experience with a consultative selling approach.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Knowledge of skincare ngredients, protocols, and professional treatments is a plus.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications
