Industry / Organization Type : Manufacturing / Production
Position Title : Service Parts Administrator / Warehouse Admin
Working Location : Kallang
Working Hours : 5 days (Monday to Friday, 9AM to 6PM)
Salary Package : Basic Salary + AWS + Variable Bonus + Medical Benefits
Duration : 1 year contract (Convertible to Permanent Role)

Key Responsibilities

Oversee comprehensive management of the Service Warehouse, including data entry, monitoring, and maintaining accurate records of service inventory, along with regular housekeeping and stock assessments.

Facilitate the transfer of parts between the service department and the main warehouse.

Produce monthly reports for the Service Manager.

Conduct regular operational checks at the Call Centre.

Perform additional tasks and responsibilities as required.

GCE O Levels / Diploma

Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.

Familiarity with SAP B1 is beneficial (training will be provided)
