Kitchen Assistant (F&B / Nyonya Restaurant / Gross up to S$ 2500 / East)
One of Singapore's established restaurant known for serving authentic Peranakan (Nyonya) cuisine made from traditional family recipes.
Location : Central Area
Working Hours :
6 Days Work Week, 11.30am to 9.30pm (Rotating OFF)
Remuneration Package :
Basic up to S$ 2,300

Job Responsibilities :
Assisting the cook or chef in preparing ingredients like chopping vegetables, marinating meat, and making sauces.
Helping to prepare and serve drinks like coffee, tea, and traditional beverages that the kopitiam is known for.
Keeping the kitchen area clean, washing dishes, and maintaining hygiene standards.
Assisting in receiving and storing kitchen supplies and ingredients.
Occasionally assisting in serving food or beverages to customers, especially during busy hours.
Ensuring kitchen tools and equipment are clean and functional.
Properly disposing of food waste and maintaining cleanliness in the kitchen area.
To have good working attitude, teamwork, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Other Ad-hoc duties by Supervisor.
Requirements :
Education Requirements : At least minimum GCE 'O' level or any High School Leaving Certificate
Preferably at least 1 year of working experience within the F&B Industry
Passionate and Energetic to work in the F&B Industry
Mandarin speakers will be require to liaise with Chinese speaking customers
Possess a good working attitude and friendly personality
