Job descriptionTo perform accurate diagnoses, repair services , preventive maintenance at customer locations island wide (homes / offices) in accordance with Company's established procedures, techniques, tools, test equipment and replacement parts. Able to communicate diagnosis and needed repairs of products to the customer in a knowledgeable and courteous manner Providing service reports and accurate estimates for quotation of repair Assist in new projects or any other duties as and when assigned by superior. To attend in-house technical training to improve skill set provided by the company. Diploma / Higher Nitec / Nitec preferred (Engineering background) New graduates who are interested may also apply. Must be a fast learner , keen to learn and able to apply knowledge. Knowledge of operating / repair home appliances / basic electrical (training provided) Must possess valid Class 3 Driving License ( more than 2 yrs ) Must be physically fit and strong (required to move / carry appliances occassionally) Immediate hire Company vehicle can be driven home Those who owned vehicle can claim transport allowance Only apply if you are really keen to pick up the skills.
