PROJECT MANAGER (CONSTRUCTION) - TAT HIN BUILDERS PTE LTD

Roles & Responsibilities

• Assist the Senior Project Manager / HOD in the coordinator of work for the on-going project
• Manage the project sites and operations by overseeing the day to day running of all matters related to the construction of the project.
• Manage and monitor the activities of appointed contractors to ensure their works are coordinated with stakeholders, tenants, subcontractor and operation colleagues of the commercial building
• Ensure that all projects are duly completed within budget and high quality
• Ensure goals are met with regards to customer satisfaction, quality and team performance
• Ensure that all workplace safety rules and regulations are being observed to the construction of the project
• Assist Senior Project Manager / HOD in the feasibility study of identified projects as they arise
• Identify potential construction related issues or contractual disputes and remedy through appropriate solutions
