Job Responsibilities :

Work closely with internal Business Development Team to understand recruitment needs of our clients

Engage in full recruitment cycle—sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding top talents

Collaborate with Recruitment Managers to ensure recruitment timelines for clients are met.

Provide clients with exceptional service by fulfilling their staffing needs

Requirements :

Diploma or Degree (in any disciple) from recognized institutions

Possessed at least two years of recruitment experience in sales

A friendly and outgoing personality with a strong desire to help others succeed

Self-driven, great problem solving skills, attention to details
