Roles & Responsibilities

• Maintenance and Repairs : Perform routine maintenance and repairs on building systems, including ACMV , plumbing, electrical, and general infrastructure.
• Inspections : Conduct regular inspections to ensure building systems are functioning efficiently and safely.
• Troubleshooting : Identify and resolve mechanical and electrical issues.
• Coordination : Work with contractors and vendors for specialized maintenance tasks.
• Record Keeping : Maintain logs of maintenance activities, repairs, and inspections.
• Customer Service : Respond to tenant or management requests for building-related issues.
