Roles & Responsibilities

Overview :

Our client, a regional bank, is seeking an experienced and driven Execution Desk Team Lead to overseeing a high-performing team responsible for multi-asset trade execution for high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth clients across Asia.

The ideal candidate will bring deep product expertise, strong regulatory knowledge, and proven leadership in trade execution. You will play a pivotal role in driving execution excellence and ensuring regulatory compliance across asset classes.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead and manage a regional execution team.
• Execute client orders across a full suite of capital markets products : FX, fixed income, equities, and derivatives
• Ensure best execution standards and adherence to internal controls and compliance protocols
• Monitor market conditions and support Relationship Managers with timely pricing and market color
• Supervise trade booking accuracy and post-trade workflows
• Serve as CMS Representative for Dealing in Capital Markets Products under MAS requirements
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders including Investment Advisors, RMs, and Compliance
• Drive workflow optimization, operational efficiency, and team performance
