Roles & Responsibilities

📍 Location : Jurong West

🕒 Work Days : Monday – Friday (Office Hours)

💰 Salary : Up to $14,000

🩺 Key Responsibilities

Business Development

Strengthen relationships with referral sources including physicians, hospitals, and community partners.
Build partnerships with families, potential residents, and stakeholders to enhance the Home’s visibility and trust.

Operations Management

Oversee daily operations including finance, billing, admissions, care delivery, and compliance with policies and regulations.

Ensure operational efficiency, audit readiness, and alignment with service standards and statutory requirements.

Resource & People Management

Lead, coach, and mentor staff to achieve operational and care excellence.

Develop and implement workforce development plans to attract and retain qualified healthcare professionals.

Continuous Quality Improvement

Lead quality improvement initiatives and conduct root cause analysis to identify areas for enhancement.

Strengthen service standards and community engagement efforts.

Budgeting & Financial Performance

Collaborate with Finance to develop and manage annual operating and capital budgets.

Monitor financial performance, manage costs, and optimize revenue to maintain the Home’s sustainability and profitability.

Strategic Oversight & Reporting

Ensure key operational targets and Balanced Scorecard indicators are achieved.

Provide timely reports and updates to Management and the Governing Body.

🎓 Qualifications & Requirements

Min. Bachelor’s Degree (preferably in Healthcare Administration, Business, or related field).

Min 3 years of leadership experience in the healthcare industry.

Familiarity with the ILTC (Intermediate and Long-Term Care) sector and community resources is advantageous.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Strong analytical, strategic planning, and people development abilities.
