Roles & Responsibilities

Front of House- Labrador Park

• Guest Interaction : Greet guests, manage reservations and seating, and act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries.
• Service Delivery : Provide menus, take orders accurately, serve food and drinks, and offer recommendations.
• Customer Care : Address and resolve customer complaints or issues promptly, ensuring a positive and comfortable experience for all guests.
• Operational Support : Coordinate with kitchen and service staff to ensure smooth operations and efficiently handle tasks like table setting and clearing.
• Maintenance : Maintain the cleanliness, organization, and presentation of the front-of-house area.
• Sales & Payments : Handle payments, operate point-of-sale systems, and potentially sell merchandise or food and drinks.

Working Time :

8am to 5pm ( $96 / day) - { 8h x $12 } - 1 hr break
