We are looking for the QA Lead who can establish metrics, mentors team members and manage outside resources, as well as develop test programs. Hence, oversee all the aspects of quality assurance

including establishing metrics, applying industry best practices, and developing new tools and processes to ensure quality goals are met.

Key Responsibilities

• Test web / mobile commercial applications across multiple handsets adhering to carried standard checklist
• Document results of testing and report any defects in a clear and comprehensive manner
• Communicate and follow up any defects with the developer of the software
• Actively investigate interesting new tools and techniques
• To prepare test plan and test scripts, to perform internal testing, to manage User Acceptance Testing and assist in test reporting in IT system implementation projects
• To conduct business analysis and requirement study, to document requirement and functional specification, and to liaise with users and developers on requirement validations in system

implementation
