Job Responsibilities
- Financial Data Entry : Accurately enter financial data into accounting software and spreadsheets.
- Accounts Receivable / Payable : Assist in managing accounts receivable and payable, including issuing invoices, processing payments, and reconciling accounts.
- Bank Reconciliation : Assist in reconciling bank statements with general ledger balances.
- Assistance in Financial Reporting : Assist in preparing financial reports and statements as required.
- Compliance Support : Assist in ensuring compliance with accounting policies, procedures, and regulations.
- Documentation : Maintain organized and accurate financial records and documentation.
- Assist in banking matters
- Other ad-hoc finance-related matters
Requirements
Candidates must possess at least a professional certificate (e.g. LCCI) in accounting.Minimum 3 years’ experience in accounts positionPrior Experience in F&B industry is required.Proficient in ExcelTell employers what skills you have
