Identify business opportunities, acquire, maintain, and develop relationship with prospective and existing customers with a certain annual target.
Provide next level customer services and complaints handling.
Ensure the latest data of existing clients are in order and in compliance with BRISG's standard.
Update sanctions monitoring of customers' profile and transactions.
Establish analysis (underwriting process), evaluate, and formulate structure of facility for credit proposal (including renewal and periodic review).
Evaluate credit documentations to ensure facilities comply with agreed terms, including updating credit documentations.
Ensure compliance with internal and external regulatory guidelines on every transaction (including initial screening for transaction, as the first line).
Monitor facility and transaction limit and coordinating with operations department.
Perform daily transaction (disbursement, repayment, and extension facility) and deliver in timely manner.
Produce weekly and monthly reports and submit to the Management and Head Office.
Liaise with Indonesian regulators, ie. Central Bank, The Financial Services Authority / OJK, Ministry of Finance, Ministry of State-Owned Enterprises, etc.
