Project Manager (Interior Design)

Responsibilities : Coordinate and

manage all renovation vendors, contractors, and site teams.

Plan, track, and manage project timelines, site schedules, and

progress reports.

Supervise site execution, ensuring

quality control, accuracy, and timely completion.

Lead

and motivate Site Coordinators and vendors for smooth, efficient

workflow.

Handle client communication, approvals, and

maintain excellent Public  relationships.

Troubleshoot on-site challenges with quick, effective

solutions.

Bridge coordination between the

design team, vendors, and contractors.

Take and compare

quotes from contractors and vendors.

Prepare internal

cost quotes, purchase lists, and oversee order placements.

Ensure cost-effective execution while maintaining high-quality

standards.

Manage documentation, reports, and

presentations as required.

Requirements : Diploma / Degree in

Interior Design / Architecture / Project / Construction

Management.

Experience managing interior fit-out

or renovation projects is a advantage, however if not with

background in interior , 3 years of experience experience in

project / managment background is a must .

Strong people management and client handling

skills.

Excellent communication, organization,

and coordination abilities.

Eye for detail,

accuracy, and design understanding.

Proficient

in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and team management

tools.

Kowledge of AutoCAD and SketchUp is an

advantage (not a must).

Ability to use AI tools

to improve accuracy, documentation, and workflow speed.

Capable of managing quotations, vendor comparisons, and

purchase follow-ups.

Possession of a personal vehicle is

an advantage.

Positive attitude, proactive mindset, and

willingness to learn and grow
