Working Hours : 9am - 6pm, Mon - Fri

Job Responsibilities

Processing

• Processing and / or authorization of corporate actions events in T24 which include but are not limited to :
• Dividend, Rights, Bonus issue, Split, Cash and Exchange Offer
• Annual / Extraordinary meeting
• Adhoc Asset Servicing Assignments (eg. Tailored Corporate Action Handling)
• To ensure compliance to BOS / OCBC standards and guidelines within the area of responsibilities, where applicable.
• Perform reconciliation of cash / securities entitlements for each CA event as part of the processing and / or authorization of the CA events, to investigate and rectify discrepancies in a timely manner.
