QC Engineer

As a Senior QA / QC Test Engineer (Manual and Automation), you will involve and contribute to the testing + QA / QC for the development of mobile apps and microservices for the cloud-based EV EcoSystem that makes “connected cars” and smart vehicles powered with AI + IoT, the next big thing in technology, possible!

RESPONSIBILITIES :

Understand the project requirements and work with stakeholders, project manager and team members in both manual and automation test planning, specification, implementation, setup and execution of test cases.

Perform manual and automation testing to generate and send test reports to development team, team leader and project manager.

Follow up for issue verification and bug resolution.

Design and setup automation test framework.

Create automation test plan with right estimation and sufficient test coverage.

Partner with engineering and infrastructure teams to leverage DevOps (CI / CD) and automation for scalable solutions to prevent regressions and ensure reliability of products.

QUALIFICATIONS :

GENERAL REQUIREMENTS :

4+ years of experience in test engineering experience.

Intermediate level of written / spoken English.

Strong in problem-solving and a quick learner.

Good at time management, well organized and detail-oriented.

Good experience in end-to-end quality software development process, Scrum, JIRA, Git (GitLab / GitHub), and Agile methodology.

TECHNICAL QUALIFICATIONS :

Strong knowledge in test design, test planning, test technologies, methods and procedures for both manual and automation testing.

Good experience in mobile app and website testing for both manual and automation testing.

Experience with base automation test frameworks (Selenium, Appium, Cucumber or equivalent).

Experience in automation scripting languages like shell scripts and Python or equivalent.

Experience in writing, maintaining, managing and running automation test cases.

Hands-on experience in both functional and non-functional testing (performance, security, load and stress testing).
