Roles & Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist with their needs.
- Provide excellent customer service, answer product and policy questions, and make recommendations.
- Process sales using point-of-sale (POS) systems, including handling cash and other payments.
- Handle returns, exchanges, and customer complaints.
- Achieve sales targets through techniques like upselling and cross-selling.
