Job Description – Preschool Teacher (English)
Location : East Coast, Singapore

We are a Premium Preschool seeking a passionate and dedicated Preschool Teacher (English) to join our team.
Our preschool adopts a Reggio-inspired, immersive learning environment where children are encouraged to explore, inquire, and learn through meaningful experiences.
As an educator with us, you will play a pivotal role in creating a nurturing, engaging, and stimulating environment that supports holistic child development while fostering a love for learning.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, prepare, and deliver age-appropriate lessons and activities aligned with the Reggio-inspired approach.
- Create an immersive English-speaking environment to build children’s confidence and fluency in the language.
- Foster children’s curiosity, creativity, and critical thinking through inquiry-based learning.
- Observe, document, and assess children’s learning and development, providing constructive feedback to parents.
- Collaborate with co-teachers and the wider teaching team to ensure a holistic and balanced curriculum.
- Build trusting, respectful relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
- Ensure a safe, clean, and engaging classroom environment that supports children’s independence.
- Participate actively in school events, parent-teacher conferences, and professional development.
Requirements
Must hold relevant Early Childhood qualifications (e.g. L1 / L2 certification, ACEY, or Diploma in Early Childhood Care & Education – Teaching [DECCE-T] ) recognized by ECDA.Strong command of spoken and written English.Passion for teaching young children and nurturing their growth.Familiarity or experience with the Reggio Emilia-inspired approach preferred (training will be provided for suitable candidates).Excellent communication, interpersonal, and classroom management skills.A caring, creative, and collaborative mindset.ECDA certification and registration as a qualified teacher.Why Join Us?
