Job Description
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels.
- Prepare and process quotes, and other sales-related paperwork. (Airfreight /
Seafreight / Logistic / CBT).
Preparing reports on a weekly / or monthly basis.Trouble Shooting (Damage Cargo, Billing Issues, etc.) (Airfreight / Seafreight /Logistic / CBT).
Coordinate with internal teams such as outdoor sales, operation, finance, andcustomer service.
Work alongside with outdoor sales with generating new business and maintainingexisting customer relationships.
Job Requirements
Optimistic, Positive and Proactive.Effective communication and Interpersonal skills.Keen to make an effort and pursue areas of improvement.Able to cope and work under pressure or overtime if required.Able to perform independently or connect well in a team player environment.General knowledge on excel format if any.Relevant experience and knowledge in customer service / freight forwarding industryWorking hours :
Mon to Fri 8.30am - 6pm
