• Ensure team members adhere to safety protocols during cleaning operations
• Facilitate budget planning for cleaning operations
• Evaluate data to propose recommendations for cleaning process improvement
• Develop and review operation plans to enhance work procedures and quality service delivery
• Implement strategic plans to improve relationships with clients
• Select and plan appropriate equipment and technologies for project sites
• Oversee resource allocation to project sites
• Manage work schedules and manpower deployment
• Develop staff capabilities
• Plan and promote good teamwork in alignment with organizational values
• Prepare tender specifications and quotations for cleaning operations
• Manage contract development, negotiation, and execution
• Analyze and mitigate potential contract risks
• Review incident reports and manage investigations
