Job Description:
• Assist the Food Manager in menu planning, food preparation, and kitchen management
• Ensure high standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene are maintained
• Supervise and train junior kitchen staff, fostering a positive work environment
• Manage inventory, place orders, and control food costs effectively
Job Requirements:
• Relevant qualifications or equivalent experience in professional kitchens is highly advantageous
• Minimum 1 years of experience in a similar role within the F&B industry
• Strong leadership skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent knowledge of food safety regulations and able to commit shift hours.
