Roles & Responsibilities
Job Duties
- Report directly to top management, providing regular updates on project status and key milestones.
- Oversee the overall implementation and completion of construction
projects, ensuring that they are delivered on time, within budget, and meet the required quality standards.
Lead and manage a team of professional and technical staff in the planning and execution of daily operations.Coordinate and collaborate with clients, consultants, relevant authorities, subcontractors and suppliers toensure smooth project execution and resolve any issues.
Ensure all project activities comply with local building codes, safety regulations, and specific healthcare facility requirements.Ensure compliance with EHS requirements, regulations, and best practices throughout the project lifecycle.Monitor project budgets and manage resources efficiently, implementing cost-control measures to avoidoverruns.
Maintain effective communication with all project stakeholders, ensuring that project goals are achieved and expectations are met.Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering; a degree recognized by the Singapore PE Board is preferred.Minimum 6 years of experience managing high-rise building projects, with at least one completed project cycles.At least CPAS Tier B certificate of accreditation.Possess BIM Management certification and DfSP (Design for Safety Professional) certification.Dynamic, self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented, with a proven track record in the building industry.Strong organizational, interpersonal and leadership skills.Able to work in fast paced environment.Must able to lead the project team.Tell employers what skills you have
