Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement effective merchandising and sales plans to meet sales, stock, and profit targets.Manage buying budgets, inventory levels, and product assortments to optimize turnover and minimize losses.Strengthen integration between physical stores and online platforms to enhance performance.Analyze market trends, source new products, and negotiate competitive terms with suppliers.Oversee daily operations, cost control, and staff productivity.Plan and execute marketing campaigns, promotions, and visual merchandising displays.Lead, train, and motivate the team to deliver excellent customer service and exceed sales goals.Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and confidentiality practices.Requirements
