Job Description

  • Lead the product roadmap, development, and launch of new products.
  • Oversee day-to-day product management for core products, including product delivery, client experience, and communication strategies.
  • Oversee product design, delivery, and commercialization.
  • Collaborate with IT, engineering, marketing, and operations to ensure successful product launches.
  • Manage partnerships with vendors.
  • Analyze market and user data to identify opportunities for product improvement and innovation.
  • Work closely with compliance and legal teams to ensure proper regulatory frameworks.
  • Build and manage a high-performing product team locally and regionally.

The Successful Applicant

  • At least 10 years of experience in the fintech industry.
  • Proven success in launching and scaling digital financial products.
  • Deep knowledge of mobile and web product design principles with a user-centric and data-driven approach.
  • Familiarity with MAS regulations and the regulatory landscape in SEA.
  • Proven ability to operate in a greenfield environment.
