Roles & Responsibilities

Job Description

• Assist with shuttle bus services.
• Assist Service Department to pick up and delivery of customers' vehicles for servicing and or repairs work.
• Assist Workshop to send customers' vehicles for annual vehicle inspection.
• Assist Workshop to send customers' vehicles for wheel alignment, send and collect items for sublet repairs.
• Assist to shift vehicles in workshop premises.
• Assist Service Advisors to check and inspect customers' vehicles body paintwork for any scratches and or dents markings for recording purposes.
• Inform Service Advisors should there be any abnormalities or faults found on vehicles while in the process of shifting.
• Exercise due care in handling customers' vehicles at all time and to use seat cover, steering wheel cover and paper floor mat for customers' vehicles during Pre-Acceptance Inspection (PAI).
• Station at service reception to drive customers' vehicles into service bays after PAI during customer's check-in peak hours.
• Station at washing bays to drive out customers' vehicles to collection parking lots after the car has been washed. Perform checks on the quality of the car wash for both the exterior and interior of the car.
• Support workshop spare parts to send or pick up urgent parts from other branches and vice versa.
• Responsible for all jobs assigned and to take care of companies' properties.
• Carry out any other duties assigned by the Supervisors / Managers from time to time.
