Job descriptionWorking days : Any 5 days from Mon to Sat, Sunday and PH off Working hours : 42 hours per week; Staggered timing for Mon to Fri / / ); Sat (0700 – 1600) Lunch break : min 45mins Handle bed and surgical booking calls, ensuring accuracy and adherence to hospital procedures. Maintain high service standards for scheduling and booking operations. Ensure calls are answered promptly. Disseminate hospital and departmental updates accurately. Manage and perform service recovery when necessary.
