Sales Manager – Marine Solutions
to drive commercial success and strengthen its presence across Southeast Asia. About the Role
In this regional role, you’ll collaborate closely with senior leadership to shape and execute the Marine vertical strategy, ensuring alignment with business growth plans and financial objectives. You will oversee sales performance across both project and aftermarket segments, with responsibility for forecasting, pipeline health, and achieving annual revenue targets. Sales
Develop and implement the Marine vertical strategy in partnership with the General Manager, SEA. Achieve or exceed annual sales and profit targets for the Marine vertical, driving both short-term results and long-term sustainable growth. Deliver year-on-year growth in the spares business through proactive account management and solution-based selling. Ensure consistent order intake and healthy sales backlog, maintaining a robust pipeline across project and aftermarket segments. Monitor market trends and competitor movements to identify business opportunities and share strategic insights with internal stakeholders. Maintain an accurate and proactive sales forecast pipeline, ensuring alignment with business targets and financial goals. Achieve a minimum 30% win rate through effective opportunity qualification, customer engagement, and value-based selling. Drive CRM discipline and data accuracy, ensuring pipeline integrity with less than 10% invalid opportunities. Project Management
Skilled in project and execution management, ensuring high standards of delivery and customer satisfaction. The Qualified Candidate
Education Degree in Engineering or other related fields. Minimum 8+ years of sales or business development experience within the Marine or Industrial Systems sector.
