Project Operations Manager
This role entails overseeing project work on various sites, requiring a highly organized and proactive individual to manage project schedules, review technical drawings, and ensure smooth progress of works on site.
- Coordinate and supervise project work on various sites
- Efficiently manage project schedules
- Review mechanical and electrical drawings
- Follow up on drawing discrepancies
- Implement project planning, design, material requisition, cost control, and documentation
- Ensure timely completion of works on site and smooth project progress
- Liaise closely with clients, consultants, and suppliers on all project-related matters
The ideal candidate will possess strong management skills, proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office, and experience in interior fit-out works. They should also be able to work under tight deadlines and be an independent team player.
Requirements :
ITE / Poly / Diploma / Degree in Electrical or Mechanical EngineeringPrior experience in interior fit-out works would be an added advantageProficiency in (AutoCAD / Microsoft Office / Microsoft Project)Independent, resourceful, pro-active, and team-orientedPossess good organizational, planning, and project management skillsAbility to work under tight deadlines
