Requirements

1. Passion for early childhood education and Montessori Method of Education

2. Must be ECDA L2 certified

3. Creative and inspiring with love and patience for children and motivated team player

4. Full Time only

Responsibilities

1. Plan and deliver lessons in line with the school’s curriculum and teaching philosophy

2. Maintain children's observation records and their progress reports to meet their individual developmental needs

3. Prepare children's portfolios for PTC sessions in accordance with the school's PTC schedules.

4. Establish and maintain good communications and relationships with parents

5. Be responsible for children's general well-being in areas concerning social behaviour, safety and hygiene

6. Work closely with parents, colleagues, and management to maintain a high standard of childcare service

7. Learn how to guide and lead the support team in your classroom
