Position Title : Regional Sales Manager
Working Location : Ubi Road
Working Hours : 5 days (Mon – Fri, 9.00am – 6.00PM)
Salary Package : Basic salary up to $4,500 + Commission + Transport Allowance + AWS + Variable Bonus
Duration : Permanent Role

Key Responsibilities

Lead and oversee a team of sales promoters

Develop and implement sales strategies with the marketing team

Participate in monthly sales and order planning meetings

Support brand and product promotion

Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers and trade partners

Set, manage, and monitor sales targets for dealers and trade partners

Achieve monthly and yearly sales goals set by the company

Diploma or Degree in business management or related field

At least 2-3 years of sales experience in B2B and B2C, preferably in the home appliances industry

Proven sales track record

Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills

Valid Class 3 Driver’s license and access to a vehicle

Willing to travel overseas (Multiple times a year)
